In January, members drew a color swatch from a grab bag and are challenged to add a symbol of their choice to create a quilted item. This month we get to see what’s been created!

If you were not able to select a color swatch and still want to participate, you can! Choose a color and symbol and bring your creation to the meeting to show. All are welcome to participate.

This month we’ll draw names for our 3-month Secret Sister exchange, which runs April, May and June. We’ll collect forms at the beginning of the meeting, add them to those submitted last month, and distribute the “secrets” before you leave. If you want to participate and won’t make the meeting, send a note to: tacomamqg@gmail.com. Please only sign up if you can participate all three months.

March 21st is National Quilt Day and we are celebrating by having a Sew-in! Check out “Fun Stuff” for details. We will also collect February’s Block of the Month, have nametag (be sure to wear yours!) and birthday raffle drawings. and Show and Tell. Have something you need input or recommendations on? Bring it and you’re sure to get some great feedback.
